Hi,
can anyone here help me before I lose my rag? I've bought myself a vortex smart in December to replace my old flow which had over 20,000 on the clock. I've had no problem with the vortex until an hour ago when I switched it on, got the usual green and red flashing light, then it just started flashing constant red. iPad app running will not pick up anything with ant dongle plugged in. Tacx utility app test screen has a red flashing triangle which says "too high".
On the tacx training app, my trainer won't pair or calibrate and says it is too hot and to stop riding even though I have not started peddling yet! Does anyone know why it is telling me that it is too hot, is this a software blip or something wrong with trainer hardware? I have tried switching stuff off and on in various combinations and loosened the brake but no change, still flashing red.
Please help.
