Hi,
Used the Vortex smart about 6-7 times now in 3 weeks. Now when I plug it in the light flashes red and green a few times then goes out! WTF -Brand new! Anyone else have this issue?
Can't seem to find a phone number to call! Because their support here on the forums and email SUCKS!! They take for ever, some of us actually use these to train on and are losing out when they take for ever to respond or don't have a number to call!
Please help.
